Gall Bladder and Hair Loss
Most hair loss is the result of either genetics or hormonal imbalances.
Often people who suffer from problems of the gallbladder will also
suffer from gallbladder related hair loss. Many in the medical community
believe this is because the gallbladder stores bile and other secretions
that are produced by the liver. When the gallbladder cannot effectively
deal with the bile and secretions it produces poisons that enter
the bloodstream. When these poisons become high in the bloodstream
it has an effect on the follicles that hold hair.
One way to help prevent gallbladder disease is to eat a diet that
is low in fat. The bile that is produced by the liver breaks the
fat down so that it can pass through the bloodstream. When there
are large amounts of fat in the system the liver will produce more
bile and the gallbladder will become overloaded.
Gallbladder hair loss cannot be treated with vitamins for hair
loss and supplements that help the body fight the toxins. The medical
community cannot always advise you to take these supplements because
they are not FDA approved, as is the case with many hair loss products.
One of those vitamins that help gallbladder hair loss is zinc. Zinc
is necessary to healthy hair follicles. One must have healthy hair
follicles if they want to have a healthy head of hair. Another is
flaxseed which contains essential fatty acids that can help decrease
the bad fat and increase the good fat.
Antioxidants are powerful in fighting toxins that are found in
the body. They help provide the body with a healthy immune system
and they help cleanse the blood of damaging toxins that can cause
gallbladder disease and hair loss. There are many ways to get these
antioxidants but one great way is to either drink or take green
tea. Green tea has been used as a Chinese medicine for centuries.
It helps promote healthy blood and blood flow. It also helps rid
the body of unwanted toxins that can cause damage to the gallbladder
and the immune system.
It is no secret that hair loss is often the result of decreased
circulation to the scalp. Getting plenty antioxidants will help
the body not only fight gallbladder disease but it will also help
provided the needed blood circulation for healthy hair growth.
